** Natural Organic Beef are our same cattle, but due to USDA regulations about meat sales we can not label it as "Certified Organic" because these cattle are killed at a local USDA certified slaughter house that is not USDA "organic" certified. Because the slaughter takes place at a local butcher we can offer you reduced prices and the same quality product minus the certification.
