Standard Cutting Instructions

Here is a simple, easy way to order whole, ½'s and ¼'s of a beef.

First, decide what size you want, a whole, ½ or ¼.
Whole beef will yield about 500 lbs of meat
Half beef will yield about 250 lbs
Quarter beef will provide about 125 lbs
(Remember these are estimates.)
Next, decide what type of wrapping - standard (paper plastic) / double wrap / vacuum pack
Then, decide meat cutting instructions for the butcher. (see form below)
Pay non-refundable deposit. We require before time of butchery.
Pay remainder at date of shipping .
